Harold H. Bloomfield, M.D

My foremost teachers:

He said to me, "Only Robinson Crusoe had all his work done by Friday"                                                                                     Then he asked, "How much do you want and what for?"
Those two are the biggest existential  questions that we never get to answer or think about?

Harold is a Yale-trained psychiatrist and a respected leader in alternative medicine and integrative psychiatry. He is the best-selling author that holds forth on happiness for more than two decades. His books have sold more than nine million copies and have been translated into 32  languages. His work has been featured in every major media outlet, including 20/20, Oprah, Larry King Live, Good Morning America, Time, the New York Times, and People.
He said, "Happiness is absolute. Then we have stuff and beliefs and more stuffed beliefs that like placebos; with which we continue to please ourselves in the name of happiness."
Inspired by him i studied the 'stuff'.
